We had a fantastic time at our AGM last week. The evening had plenty of highlights as we looked back on all the things God has been doing in our church over the last year. After many years of wonderful faithful service, Frank has decided to step down as treasurer of the church. Thankfully he will continue to serve as a deacon, but the AGM gave us an opportunity to thank him for all of his hard work. Pat led the tributes with a moving and hilarious poem detailing his many years at Earls Colne Church. We were able to give Frank and Grace a small token of our appreciation. We also welcomed Beth onto the diaconate and heard her story of how she has come to this church in Earls Colne. Beth will be taking over Frank's role as treasurer of the church, and we are so excited to her financial guidance as we move forward.
