Watoto children's choir sung, danced and told stories to a packed Earls Colne Baptist Church on Sunday. There was standing room only at the back of the church as the rescued orphans from Uganda gave a performance entitled 'signs and wonders'. You couldn't helped be moved as the children gave stories of having their lives transformed by the love of God and the work of the watoto charity. The choir also showed videos explaining watoto's new initiative to help vulnerable women in Uganda, empowering them to start small businesses and support their families. The offering taken in the service raised £890 for the watoto team and will help them continue their fantastic work rescuing, rebuilding and empowering. Read more at www.watoto.com.
